Nancy began her Real Estate Career in 1979. She holds the CRB and CRS designations and she's the No. 1 Agent in Vermont. Nancy was recently featured in REALTOR Magazine as one of the Top 100 Residential Salespeople in the United States. Nancy lists, sells, and negotiates for you. Bryan Jackson
Business Manager 

Bryan is both Nancy's husband and the business manager for the office. His extensive background in finance and marketing benefits both buyers and sellers. Previously a vice president of a local mortgage company, he uses his experience and skills to oversee your transaction to a successful closing.
 

Alison Barges
Listing/ Selling Partner 

Alison grew up with a real estate family in Williston. Previously a successful Semiconductor Industry salesperson in both Silicon Valley and the Boston Metro West area, Alison is warm, friendly and enthusiastic about helping you find the right home.
 

Cindy Warfield-Sowalskie
Buyer Specialist 

Originally from the midwest, Cindy first enjoyed a career as an international fashion model before becoming involved in retail management. She brings extensive interpersonal and communications skills to our team and is referred to by customers as a "people magnet".
 

Patti Brinckerhoff
Buyer Specialist 

Patti is a native Vermonter with an AS in Nuclear Medicine Technology and a BS in business from UVM. After living in NYC and New Jersey for 13 years she returned to Vermont. She is dedicated to finding just the right home for people.  

Matt Musgrave
Buyer Specialist 

Matt joined the Jenkins Team in ’95 and in ’97 took a break to complete his college education. Upon completion of his business marketing degree, Matt entered the real estate profession and worked as an independent agent for over a year. Realizing the importance of a team, he returned to us. David Miner
Buyer Specialist 

David has been a licensed Broker for over 25 years. He co-owned a restaurant in Shelburne Village and taught skiing in Austria for many years. He loves to sail and will help you sail into your new home. 

Dan Claflin

Dan comes back to Vermont and to us with great background and experience. He attended Florida State University in the 1970's with a focus on business. His successful career as a Financial Consultant with a prestigious Wall Street firm, owner and president of a thriving Vermont business and real estate investor, lends him a unique perspective on the local real estate market. Amanda Gerlack
Listing/ Selling Partner 

Originally from Vermont, Amanda comes to Nancy’s team after a successful sales and management career in Boston as one of the top 5 sales people in the country. After recently taking two years off to spend with her son, Sam, she is now devoted to the Jenkins team. Amanda helps individuals sell their home in today's market, specializing in homes that should have sold but didn’t. 

Carol Blouin
Client Care Manager 

Carol has an extensive background in customer service and sales. She previously worked for Nancy as a Buyers Specialist from 2000 – 2002 and now works with our clients to make the moving process as stress-free as possible. 

Jason Gerlack
IT Manager/ Partner 

Born in Vermont, Jason spent many years living in the Boston area working in the technology field. With a background in Web Design he has a passion for working with computers. Jason is an avid snowboarder who enjoys wakeboarding during the summer. He and his family have recently moved into their new home in Williston. 

Erica Smith
Closing Coordinator 

Erica is originally from Waitsfield and has a background in early childcare and office management. She works closely with our clients to ensure that all of their needs are met and that their property closes smoothly. 

Ruth Hamilton
Marketing Manager 

Originally from Vermont, Ruth is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship. She recently worked as a loan servicing and processing representative at a bank in northern Vermont, where taking great care of clients was her main objective. She now brings those skills and objectives to the Nancy Jenkins Team. 

Joe Spinder
Administrative Support
Joe, a recent arrival to Vermont, brings 15 years in resort experience to the Nancy Jenkins team. Coming from the Lake Tahoe area and looking for a balance between city and nature, he chose Burlington as his new home. Joe is available to assist our administrative team and our buyers and sellers.
